We’re Jason and Erin Rhodes, the husband-and-wife team behind Salt and Stone Property. Together with our two children, Ethan and Kaylee, we have built a family business that combines professional expertise with a genuine commitment to community.
Our backgrounds are diverse and complementary. Jason has more than 20 years’ experience in construction, building compliance, and project management, while Erin brings strong skills in administration, client service, and property management.
This blend of technical knowledge and customer-focused service ensures we can deliver a complete and professional approach to managing residential buildings, strata complexes, and investment properties.
Family is at the heart of everything we do. Having travelled extensively and now settled on the Gold Coast, we value the importance of safe, well-managed communities where people feel at home.
